Hypeford + Metricool

Give the calendar
a campaign to work from.

Turn product knowledge into a campaign with your agent in Hypeford. Review the posts together, then export for Metricool and carry the work into the planning calendar you already use.

Private pilot in preparation. No payment today.

What Hypeford adds

Keep each product’s audience, voice and campaign material in its own project. Connect the brief, the drafts and the review before deciding what goes on the calendar.

Where Metricool fits

Metricool receives the file through its CSV import flow. Review the destination, dates and posts there, then manage scheduling and reporting in Metricool.

Campaign exports · included in the pilot

From product context to a publishing plan.

  1. Keep each product’s story in its own project.

Collect the facts, tone and assets your agent needs. Build the campaign around the product update, so posts for different products keep their own voice.

  2. Prepare a reviewed set of posts.

Work through the copy and visuals in Hypeford. Select the posts for Metricool and check supported formats, destination fields, dates and any items needing manual attention before export.

  3. Bring the campaign into Metricool’s calendar.

Import the exported CSV in Metricool, match the date and time format, and review the selected brand and networks. Inspect the preview and resolve any errors before confirming the import and schedule.

A campaign in practice · illustrative example

Several products. A distinct voice for each.

Example campaign: a solo builder is preparing a puzzle-game update and a separate launch for a reading app.

  1. 01 / Separate context

Playful discovery for the game. Quiet, practical benefits for the reading app.

  2. 02 / Campaign preparation

Draft and review each campaign with its own assets and product voice.

  3. 03 / Metricool calendar

Export the selected posts and check the correct brand, networks and dates during import.

The handoff

Prepare in Hypeford. Manage the schedule in Metricool.

Use the export to hand reviewed posts to Metricool. The destination calendar manages scheduling and reporting, and changes made there do not automatically sync back. Check the current import requirements for each network and use accessible media links where the import format requires them.

A few practical questions.

Why prepare campaigns outside Metricool?

Hypeford keeps your product knowledge, agent-assisted work through MCP and campaign drafts in one working context. Use it for the preparation and review you want alongside your other product material, then continue in Metricool for scheduling.

Does Hypeford connect directly to Metricool?

This workflow uses a file export and Metricool’s CSV importer. You review and schedule in Metricool. Hypeford does not pull back delivery or analytics for exported posts.

What should I check in Metricool’s import preview?

Confirm the brand, selected networks, post count, media and dates. Match the importer’s date and time settings to the file. Metricool recommends batches of up to 50 posts and requires public direct links for media imported by URL; do not assume a private asset link will work.
