Stoyan Korudzhiev, operating Hypeford, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Hypeford is an independent project based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What this notice covers
This notice covers the Hypeford website and early-access interest list. Joining the list does not create a product account, buy a subscription or commit you to payment. Separate information about product-account processing will be provided before that service is offered.
Information you share
The signup form asks for your email address. After it is saved, you can optionally tell us what you are building, your main marketing obstacle, which agent and publishing tool you use, and whether you would consider the displayed pilot price.
A price-intent answer is stored with the offer you saw, including its amount, currency, monthly interval and tax basis. The extra answers are optional. Skipping them leaves your email on the interest list.
We also record signup and answer timestamps and the version of the signup notice. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people in free-text answers.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Why we use your information
We use your signup information to respond to your request, understand whether the pilot fits your workflow and contact you about possible onboarding. A price-intent answer is an expression of interest, never an authorization to charge you.
Joining the pilot list is not a subscription to an unrelated newsletter or advertising campaign. You can ask us to stop early-access contact at any time.
We rely on your consent to contact you about early access and use the optional answers you choose to provide. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse for necessary security processing. We use correspondence to respond to your questions and requests.
Browser storage and security
Your selected pricing currency is saved in your browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on that device. The site does not store your email or optional answers there.
Cloudflare processes request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. The signup handler uses a daily cryptographic representation of the connection address for rate limiting; it does not store the raw IP in the signup database. Cloudflare’s country information can suggest a pricing currency, which you can change.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and improve page performance. Its browser beacon reports page and referrer information, browser and device categories, country-level information and performance measurements. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and does not use it to track individual visitors across websites. We do not send signup email addresses or optional form answers to Web Analytics, and we use no advertising pixels.
We also review private, aggregate counts from our signup database, such as the number of signups, optional responses and price-interest answers. This does not match website visitors to signup identities. Cloudflare Turnstile checks signup attempts to help prevent automated abuse and processes browser and network signals for that purpose.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful and identify slow loading or other performance problems. Where this processing involves personal data, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website. We do not use these measurements for advertising profiles or automated decisions about you.
Web Analytics reports can be viewed for the previous six months under Cloudflare’s current service limits. Browser privacy tools can block its beacon. The analytics service does not currently report URL query strings or UTM campaign parameters. You can contact hello@hypeford.com about this processing or to exercise applicable rights.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare Workers processes signup requests, and Cloudflare D1 stores the early-access list. The database is configured with EU jurisdiction. This does not mean all network, edge or security processing takes place within the EEA.
Forward Email forwards messages sent to hello@hypeford.com to an operator mailbox hosted by Google Gmail. These providers process email content and associated delivery information. The destination email address is private.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries outside the EEA. Cloudflare and Forward Email describe their transfer safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, in their data-processing terms. Google describes its use of adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses in its transfer framework. The documents below explain these arrangements; contact us to request further details or copies of relevant safeguards.
Cloudflare data-processing terms
How long information is kept
You can request removal from the interest list or deletion of your information at hello@hypeford.com. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data.
We keep each signup submission and its optional answers for up to 365 days, and contact details for up to 365 days after the latest signup request. A daily cleanup removes expired records, normally within a further 24 hours. We can remove your information earlier on a valid deletion request or withdrawal of consent.
Cloudflare D1 recovery history can retain deleted records for up to a further seven days under our current Free plan. Recovery copies are restricted to restoration, and deletion requests must be reapplied before restored data is used. Privacy and support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and document our response; any longer retention for a specific legal obligation or claim is limited to that purpose.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Contact hello@hypeford.com to make a request or stop early-access contact. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the way information is handled changes, and provide additional notice where required. Effective date: 25 October 2026.
